Join us for an exciting and enriching Mindful March Break Mini Camp designed for school-aged children (ages 6-10)! Our program focuses on fostering social-emotional learning, mindfulness, and movement through fun and engaging activities. Children will explore yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques that promote physical health and emotional well-being. Through interactive games and group activities, campers will develop important social skills, build self-awareness, and learn to manage their emotions in a supportive and nurturing environment.
