We want to empower yoga teachers to lead any class with pregnant women confidently and to be able to provide effective modifications so that students are able to participate in the experience regardless of how far along they are on their journey.

  • Identifying high-risk conditions (e.g., pre-eclampsia, diastasis recti) and when to refer to medical professionals
