4 Week Prenatal Pilates

Widely regarded as one of the best forms of exercise for pregnancy, Prenatal Pilates is specifically designed to accommodate the needs of the expectant mother.

Due to its focus on improving stability and strengthening the entire body, practicing Prenatal Pilates can prevent and offer relief from joint, sciatic, back and hip pain as well as alleviating symptoms of pubic synthesis which is a common condition among expectant mothers.

The focus in Prenatal Pilates differs from regular Pilates as the focus is placed more so on the deep abdominal stabilizers with the intention of reinforcing and building the support system.

Pilates in its essence is about breathing and developing mind to body connection. This combined with strengthening will prove supportive through pregnancy, during childbirth and most certainly will support recovery during the postnatal period!

Cost:

$85+hst for all sessions
$25+hst for a single session
