Our flow practice is intelligently sequenced to provide an opportunity to explore challenging and complex movement patterns. You can expect traditional yoga poses infused with modern movement practices.

Previous experience with the Classic practice is recommended.

Level II practices involve inspiring peak poses and more challenging transitions. They are not paced faster but do involve less explanation.

The first portion of practice is focused around mat Pilates principles including spinal mobility and core strengthening exercises. The second portion of practice brings the themes explored in the first half into a dynamic flow sequence.
