It's hot (40 celsius 100 fahrenheit) and humid! We recommend minimal clothing and a water bottle. Some prefer a mat towel to help prevent slipping. Lay down and rest whenever you need to, it's much cooler by the floor.
The first one is intense, your body will acclimate more efficiently the more you practice!
We’ve got showers in the change rooms and dr. bromners foaming peppermint soap!

We’re located downtown and our entrance is on the lakeside.
Downtown can get busy, come early to find parking in one of the nearby lots!
Parking is free after 5pm and on weekends and holidays. It is also free to park in any parking lot that the Barrie resident pass is valid for; we are a short walk away from some of these lots.
Our entrance is on the Lakeshore Mews lot which is just across from the Heritage Parking lot. These spaces are covered by the hotspot parking app.

Class always begins on time, please arrive early so that you don’t get locked out.
It is recommended to bring a mat, towel and water with you to class. We have mats and mat towels available for rent and glass jars that you can grab and fill if you ever need to!
We use mat markers to organize the space, the top left corner of your mat goes right over the marker. We ask that the practice space be kept silent and tech free (only your mat towel and water in the room with you).
