Thai massage is an ancient healing therapy with a 2000 year lineage originating in Thailand in South East Asia. This healing modality focuses on techniques that enhance range of motion in the joint sand body as well as open and release facial tissue using passive or dynamic yoga style stretching and compression. This, coupled with mindful breathing, meditative rocking and acupressure encourages the body to open, relax and de-stress.
5 day elemental thai massage training
In this 5 day container we will learn and embody the sacred art of thai massage for a full body experience from head to toe. Each day focusing on a different element and body part by learning multiple techniques and different compressions for releasing the body, mind and soul. We will be learning a FULL BODY Massage and multiple ways of sequencing to tend to your clients needs through the embodiment of the elements.
If you have been curious to about learning a new powerful and ceremonial skill that you can take with you and incorporate into many other modalities like teaching yoga, somatic healing work, physiotherapy, chiropractic therapy or simply a stand alone new skill to other your clients and community, this training is for you.

Paulina offers potent, raw, knowledgeable and playful classes, workshops, trainings and retreats. She first started learning and practicing thai massage in 2004 while living in Thailand for 3 years. But she really started a deeper dive into learning Thai Massage in 2015 where she acquired her Level 5 Thai Massage Training. And this month she is completely her final Level 6 Training. She has been giving massages and teaching it for over 10 years. And has learned from some of the best teachers in Thailand, Canada, Guatemala, Costa Rica and USA. She founded and created The Shamanic School of Thai Massage and taught her first Level 1-2 Elemental Thai Massage Training this year in May 2024. She has a wealth of knowledge to share not only with Thai Massage, but how to incorporate a more ceremonial approach to bodywork. Bringing consciousness, breath, compassion and heart into this beautiful healing modality.
She is known for her genuine heart, non-judgmental and compassionate teaching style. As she weaves thought and heart provoking words and themes into her teachings to ignite emotion and authentic expression. Her soul calling is to hold a grounded safe container for others to deepen their connection to self through the vibration of love, so that we may become clearer channels to give and receive love and return to our wild essence.

Paulina is truly a conduit of the divine and I can’t recommend her enough. I felt a deep release in this experience that extended far beyond my physical body. I’ve had many massages before but nothing as euphorically healing as this! It felt like my body was unwinding, showing me a new way of being. She guided my body like a leaf down a gentle stream. Her mastery of Thai massage along with her sound medicine; the words of wisdom, channeled messages, songs, and vast array of instruments all made for one of the most magical experiences of my life. In fact, it makes me a little sad to say this but I don’t know that I’ve ever been touched or held with such reverence and unconditional love, a reflection that is incredibly eye-opening and empowering. Working with such a powerful healer is an experience I will treasure in my heart forever. I would come back to Costa Rica just to work with Paulina again.
