Each session is a safe space to connect with your baby, strengthen your body, and build the tools you need for a mindful, empowered birth.. Our Prenatal Pilates Flow combines the core-strengthening principles of Pilates with the fluid movement and postures inspired by yoga. This unique blend creates a smooth, flowing practice that supports your body's changing needs during pregnancy.
