Transform and empower your pregnancy journey with our 4-Week Prenatal Yoga Series. We will guide you through breath-work, meditation, core strength, stability and relaxation exercises to help you feel strong, connected, and prepared for birth.

What to expect:

  • You will build confidence in using your breath as a tool for relaxation and resilience.

  • Explore foundational poses that not only enhance stability but build confidence in your movement and ease tension in your body.

  • Develop core strength and pelvic floor awareness to support your growing belly and posture.Use breath and movement together to build endurance for labor.

  • Deepen your connection to meditation with guided practices that promote inner peace.

  • Combine everything you’ve learned to build strength, confidence, and calm.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this series is designed for all levels and trimesters. Each session is a safe space to connect with your baby, strengthen your body, and build the tools you need for a mindful, empowered birth.. Our Prenatal Pilates Flow combines the core-strengthening principles of Pilates with the fluid movement and postures inspired by yoga. This unique blend creates a smooth, flowing practice that supports your body's changing needs during pregnancy.

Cost:

$85+hst for all sessions
$25+hst for a single session
