As a yoga beginner, I’ve found this studio to be a welcoming place to learn. I particularly enjoy the hot classic class. My wife and daughters and I have also enjoyed the family yoga sessions, which have been a unique way for us to bond as a family. The space is always clean, and acroyoga was a lot of fun with my wife.

The best yoga studio in Barrie hands down. Lovely and clean facility with a great atmosphere and friendly helpful staff. Yoga classes for all levels and styles offered in both heated and unheated rooms. Regular schedule and occasional workshops and children’s classes conveniently scheduled at times where you can go to your own adults class. Whether you want a restorative relaxing class or a strength building and calorie burning class this place ticks all the boxes.

Wow, this studio has been such a gift to me in my time visiting home and family over the holidays. Amazing community, beautiful space and diverse classes and teachers so every student can find exactly what they need. Highly recommend this studio for both health and friendship.

I signed up for the prenatal yoga as my first time attending nook. I absolutely loved the classes and really enjoyed the pace and instructor Kathy. I ended up signing up for the series, which Anna was a pleasure to email with to assist in getting me registered. Beautiful studio with amazing windows, plants and scenery for a yoga decompress. Highly recommend!
